Teen Study Break Lounge

Come join us for Teen Study Break Lounge, just in time for finals! Study Break Lounge runs from Saturday May 30th through Wednesday June 3rd, with free snacks provided to help you de-stress. Check our calendar for specific hours and locations within the library.

While you're at Study Break Lounge, be sure to sign up for summer reading as well. We've got great prizes for signing up and for completing summer reading.

New Programs This Summer

We've got two exciting new programs happening this summer. For all of you guys who have been looking for a new book group, we now offer a Guys' Book Group, starting on Thursday, June 25th (women welcome as well!) We are also offering a technology class called Technology Tuesdays, which will start on June 16th, with a program about Facebook. More information can be found on our calendar or in Excerpts.

New Excerpts Now Available

Centennial news, new programs and summer reading are among the exciting news to be found in the latest Excerpts, our library newsletter. Excerpts has not yet arrived at homes or at the library, but you can get a sneak peak online.

Library Construction Alert

The front door of the library will be closed from Friday, May 22nd through Tuesday, May 26th due to the ongoing renovation of the front of the library. During this time the emergency exit on the southeast side of the library will serve as the entrance and exit, as was the case for a short while last fall. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Library Closed Memorial Day

The library will be closed on Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day. We will reopen on Tuesday the 26th, with our normal hours.

Summer Hours in Effect

The library is now closed on Sundays through Labor Day. We hope this causes no inconvenience for you!

Monday Night at the Movies Schedule Announced

We've got the next three movies picked for our popular Monday Night at the Movies program. We will be showing The Pool on June 15th, Waltz With Bashir on July 20th, and Harvard Beats Yale 29-29 on August 17th.
