On Sunday, October 30th at 5:00 pm we will welcome a new group of performers to our fall concert program: The Orion Ensemble Artists and Guest. The Orion Ensemble (Kathy Pirtle on clarinet, Florentina Ramniceanu on violin, Roger Chase (guest) on viola, Judy Stone on cello and Diana Schmuck on harpsichord) will perform the following works:
Antonio Soler: Fandango for Harpsichord
Franz Schubert: Trio in B-flat major, d. 581 for Violin, Viola and Cello (Allegro moderato, Andange, Minuetto: Allegreto and Rondo: Allegretto)
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Quartet in B-flat major after K. 378 for Clarinet, Violin, Viola and Cello (Allegro moderato, Andante, Minuetto: Allegretto, Rondo: Allegretto)
The library will close at 4:00 and will reopen at 4:30 for concert seating. A big thanks to the Friends of the Library for continuing to sponsor concerts and other great programming!
