Join us on Monday, May 16 at 7:00 pm for a poetry performance by John O'Connor. John is an English teacher at New Trier High School and a prolific poet and he'll be reading and singing from his new book of haiku, Things Being What They Are. After the performance, John will discuss Wordplaygrounds, a creative writing workshop for 13-18 year old students that he will teach this summer at the Glencoe Public Library.Although this performance is not designed for young children, all ages are welcome to attend.
