Catch the Moment: Mathematical Literacy for Young Children

Do you want to encourage your child's early mathematical literacy through creative, informal experiences? Early Childhood Educator and Consultant, Linda Semel, will visit the library on the night of Wednesday the 23rd at 7:00 to help parents and caregivers identify daily opportunities to extend thinking and learning through developmentally appropriate activities for young children. Participants will explore unexpected moments to integrate mathematical concepts through play and experiential learning.
